2010

First Invitation Day

Our very first Invitation Day — the beginning of welcoming others into the Twowings family.

2011

First Worship in the Manila Building

The church holds its first worship service in the new Manila building, and its first open meeting in Marikina.

2013

First Teen Worship

The very first dedicated worship service for our teen congregation begins.

2014

First Missionary Dispatch

Missionary Marrion becomes the first of what would grow into eight missionary dispatches from our church.

2016

First Amazing Camp

The first Amazing Camp is held — now an annual highlight for our community.

2018

Purchase of Land for the Mission Vision Center

A major step of faith — the church purchases land to build a future Mission Vision Center.

2009 – 2011

Pastor Hasu Kang's family arrives in December 2009; the first Invitation Day is held in 2010; Pastor Jongha Kim (Daniel Kim)'s family arrives in August 2011, and the church holds its first worship in the new Manila building, with the first open meeting in Marikina the same year.

2012 – 2015

First worship service opens in Marikina; the first Teen Worship begins; the first Amazing Camp and Teen Training are held.

2016 – 2019

Multiple missionaries dispatched from the church; land purchased for a Mission Vision Center; first United Sports Festival held.

2020 – 2023

New Year Baptism Worship; Intensive Training completed; united worship gatherings continue to grow across both branches.

2022

Pastor Shine Kang (Kang Jinyong)'s family arrives, continuing to lead the church forward.

2024 – 2025

Manila Teens Annual Sports Festival; Sharing Happiness Festival in Manila; United Teens Fellowship and continued outreach — and in 2025, Pastor Joshua Yun's family arrives as part of the church's newest chapter.

2026

Missionary Jean (7th dispatch) and Missionary Ascha (8th dispatch) are sent out to serve at Delhi Twowings Church, India, as part of the 47th missionary batch. Follow Ascha's journey on our Mission page →
